Abstract

Since the establishment of Kuangtai Metal Industrial in 1978, welding materials have been its main product. The sales and production of welding materials have extended beyond Taiwan to overseas markets, making Kuangtai an international company. Among the overseas markets, the Japanese market has been Kuangtai’s main export market with stable sales for many years. However, in recent years, the profitability in the Japanese market has decreased significantly and it has made business in the Japanese market shaky in June 2015. Under this circumstance, Kuangtai needs to find solutions that can quickly and effectively resolve difficulties and regain profits in the Japanese market.
