Abstract

Job search websites are important channels for job-seekers to find their jobs. It is worth exploring the relationships among service quality, service climate and customer satisfactions. Job search websites consist of plenty of resources to satisfy job seekers’ need. It is so called the digital capital that job search websites work through websites to improve their competitive advantages. The objective of this study is to understand the relationship among the digital capital, service climate and customer satisfaction of the job seekers. Also, find out the moderating and mediating effect caused by service climate variable. A total of 1,165 valid copies were returned by using purposive sampling and hierarchy regression was adopted for data analysis. The consequence surveys that the digital capital has positive relationship with service climate and customer satisfaction. Also, the service climate variable plays a role that moderates and mediates the partial relationship between digital capital and customer satisfaction exactly. According to the results, some suggestions are given to academics and practitioners.
