Abstract

Project planning is always considered the keystone of a successful project management. Project planning is the process to identify a sequence of steps to be completed which can ensure the project can be finished on-time, on-schedule and on-its-budgets. This case study is written for the junior and senior undergraduate students in college of management. The major purpose is for students to learn the process about how to set up a planning for their project before it had started. On this case study, a structured method on project planning was introduced using a case on a government website development project. The case study was formatted to permits a focus on practical issues on bottom-up approach on project planning.
